Don't Eat So Much, Fatty.
Something I say at least 5 times a day is: Fat Girls Love To Eat. Nothing makes us happier. Not that I think I'm fat. I know I'm not skinny however. And while I was younger I pined to be skinny. To look like everyone else. Now I just want to be healthy. At a comfortable weight. Not bony and not chunky. I want to start writing down EVERYTHING I eat. From full meals to one cracker at work. Keep track of what I'm actually putting in my body. And in between, post things I'm learning about being healthy.

I definately tried writing down everything that I eat.. but it was difficult to be honest about it. Such as: Breakfast.. 1 cereal bar, 2 tootsie rolls. Lunch.. 3 Bud Lights and a grilled chicken salad... ect.. I hope it works for you. Just remember to be honest about it all. :)
